Kasba Lake Lodge
(NW Territories)
World class fishing for Northern Pike,
Lake Trout, and Artic Grayling in the
Land Of The Midnight Sun is what defines
Kasba Lake Lodge. One of the crown
jewels of the north among serious
anglers. It is located 430 miles south
of the Artic Circle. Opened in 1973,
Kasba is a giant watershed with hundreds
of miles of shoreline and thousands of
bays. Kasba ties into it the mighty
Kazan river system. The Kazan is known
all over the world for its trophy sized
Artic Grayling. Kasba also boosts some
of the finest fishing for Northern Pike
and Lake Trout in all of Northern Canada
with 48 inch Northern and 50 pound
Lakers being common on Kasba.

Gangler's Seal River Lodge
(Northern
Manitoba)
Gangler's,
well the name says it all. North Seal
River Lodge boosts one of the finest
facilities in all of Canada with all the
comforts you would expect from a
five-star rated resort. The boats are
spotless and have plenty of power to
quickly get you to the prime spots.
With their thousands of lakes, you will
be hard pressed to spot another angler.
We found the cuisine and shore lunches
to be second to none. Gangler's guides
are polite, helpful, and have good
understanding on how to navigate such a
complex watershed. Though the North
Seal River system is an awesome Pike
fishery, it has some of the best Lake
Trout and Walleye fishing in all of
Canada, and with all its tributaries it
is second to none when it comes to
its Artic Grayling.

Reindeer Lake Lodge
(N. Saskatchewan)
Big water
means big fish and this defines Reindeer
Lake. Reindeer is an incredible fishery
for Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Walleye,
and Arctic Grayling. This massive body
of water stretches over 200 miles with
96 tributaries. Do not let the size
scare you. With over 5745 islands,
Reindeer is easy to fish during windy
conditions. During long boat rides to
the prime spots, you are not going to
get pounded. Fishing Reindeer is like
fishing a lot of small lakes connected
together. It is not uncommon for many
of Reindeer's anglers to catch their
personal best in all four species.
Reindeer's guides are native Cree
Indians and speak fluent English and
their native language. They have an
amazing understanding on how to navigate
such a massive body of water. |
